ANALISIS RISIKO DAN STRATEGI MITIGASI MENGGUNAKAN METODE HOUSE OF RISK (HOR) PADA INCOMING NEW PART AREA WAREHOUSE PT. XYZ

Abstract

Risk is an unavoidable part of human life, and it cannot be entirely eliminated. However, while risk cannot be removed, its likelihood can be reduced through risk management. PT XYZ, a company specializing in remanufacturing heavy equipment under the Komatsu brand, requires effective risk mapping to minimize potential losses for the company and its employees. This study implements the House of Risk (HOR) method to identify and manage risks in PT XYZ's warehouse, specifically in the incoming new part activities. The research aims to identify risk events and their causes (risk agents) and provide recommendations for mitigating significant risk factors. A total of 18 risk events and 19 risk agents were identified, with 10 proposed risk mitigation strategies. The primary risk factor identified is the large volume of incoming items at a single time. The suggested main mitigation strategy involves implementing a more rigorous scheduling system and coordinating delivery times to better manage incoming parts.
