Abstract

Technological developments encourage new online-based business activities, one of them is the ondemand meal delivery (ODMD) business. The presence of the ODMD business provides benefits such as the ease of customers in getting food, creating new jobs for the drivers and the ease of restaurants in delivering food to customers. Because of its advantages, this business is growing rapidly globally and attracting the attention of academics and practitioners to conduct research in the field of green ODMD. The research was conducted so that the ODMD business system can be sustainably in the future. In this paper, result of previous green ODMD literatures is mapped by systematic literature review (SLR) method. The purpose of this paper is to identify research trends, evaluate problem objects and identify stakeholders involved in the green ODMD system from the previous research. The journal exploration process is carried out using Mendeley.com software with the year of publication journal set to be from the last five years (2018 to 2022). From the journal exploration process, eight green ODMD journals were selected, where the highest number of journals were published in 2021. The results of the analysis showed that the objects of environmental problems that are most often discussed in selected journals are related to vehicle emissions, followed by packaging waste and tableware. In addition, ODMD customers are also the most mentioned stakeholders in the eight selected ODMD green journals.
