STUDI PERBANDINGAN MODEL DAN APLIKASI KONTROL ON-OFF PADA COLD STORAGE JAMUR MERANG

Makalah ini membahas tentang perbandingan antara model dan aplikasi pada sistem coldstorage Jamur merang. Pemodelan didapat secara eksperimental dari data yang diambil ketika sistem belum dilakukan kontrol. Pemodelan sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode process reaction curve (PRC), kemudian disimulasikan pada program simulink. Pengawetan jamur merang dilakukan pada ruang penyimpanan dengan suhu udara 5 + 1 ° C dan kelembaban udara relatif (RH) 80-90%. Perbandingan antara hasil simulasi dan penerapan sistem menunjukkan kenderungan yang sama, sehingga sistem yang sebenarnya dapat diwakili oleh model sistem. aplikasi on-off control berhasil dilakukan di mana respon dari sistem suhu udara antara 5 + 2 °C dan kelembaban udara relatif (RH) adalah di kisaran 90-95%.
